DUE: You are permitted to turn in all assignments and extra credit early. Also, while there are monthly assignments and EC's, I am going to accept all work turned in at any time during the term until the end of term. Each assignment and extra credit will technically correspond with a month, but, once again, you may turn in any assignment and extra credit at any time before January 15th.
Do not send your assignment or extra credit in as an attachment. Upload photos, drawings, ect. to a photo-hosting site. (i.e. Photobucket)

We can all understand the sensitivity and tact needed to be in a position of power within the Ministry of Magic.
We're making monsters! Well, not really monsters, but I want you to create a new species of magical creature! Awesome, right?
Requirements:
- Name of the creature
- What does this new magical creature look like?
- Does this magical creature possess super cool powers, like the power to shoot lightning bolts out of its eyes? Or...something like that.
- Where would this creature be happiest living? What type of environment?
- Does this magical creature have any natural enemies? (Like the Basilisk's sworn enemies are spiders.)
